Answer to Question 1

A
The nurse should instruct the patients to perform breast self-examination 2 to 3 days after the end of a menstrual cycle, as breasts tend to be less tender then. The exam should be done monthly. All of the breast, chest, and armpit up to the collarbone should be felt. This exam is best done while lying down.

Answer to Question 2

A
Frigidity is the lack of sexual desire in a woman. Infertility is the inability of a man to produce adequate sperm counts or a woman to produce ova or implant fertilized ova. Erectile dysfunction or impotence is the inability for a man to achieve or maintain an erection.
