Answer to Question 1

B
Encourage the development of healthy lifestyles would support physiological development. Encourage the development and use of appropriate judgment would support cognitive development. Assess the person's value system and respect beliefs would support moral development. Teach time management skills would support psychosocial development.

Answer to Question 2

D
The stretched generation includes those individuals born between the years of 1946 and 1964 who are faced with dual responsibilities of child care and the care of aging parents. A nuclear dyad consists of one male and one female and no children. A closed family system is a family system considered to be at risk for dysfunction because ideas and values may be out of sync with the broader community and because this isolation limits available resources to the family and its members. An open family system is one that interacts with the environment and in so doing maintains growth and balance.
