Answer to Question 1

C
The entire surgical team is responsible for prevention of infection; for this reason, sterile team members perform a surgical scrub before gowning and gloving for the procedure, wear sterile gowns and gloves, use sterile drapes, place sterilized equipment on a sterile field, and are alert to breaks in technique that may harm the client. The skin over the client's operative site is also specially cleansed in the OR.

Answer to Question 2

D
Dietary methods to reduce chronic constipation include the introduction or increase of foods high in dietary fiber.
