Answer to Question 1

B
Lightening is the descent of the fetus into the pelvis. Lightening may cause leg cramps, increased urinary frequency, and edema of the lower extremities. Lightening may not occur in a multigravida until labor has started.

Answer to Question 2

A, B
The use of four-dimensional ultrasound provides improved visualization of fetal structure where realistic images are shown in rapid succession much like a movie and promotes parental bonding.
