Answer to Question 1

B
Fetal embodiment occurs as the mother incorporates the growing fetus into her body image. The physical changes she is experiencing, especially the growing uterus, help her meet this task.

Answer to Question 2

A
Moist heat is used to promote vasodilation, increase capillary permeability, decrease blood viscosity and reduce muscle tension. It is effective only when adequate vasculature is present. A sitz bath is used to provide warm, moist heat to the perineal area.
