Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
The best hearing device for this client is a behind-the-ear device, which consists of a microphone and amplifier worn behind the ear. The behind-the-ear device can be attached to an eyeglass frame as well. The in-the-ear device is small, self-contained, and fits within the client's ear. The body aid device is not suitable as the client does not have a severe hearing problem. Infrared listening devices (IRLDs) are expensive.

Answer to Question 2

D
Free T 4 measures the amount of free T 4 that actually enters the cells and is active in metabolism. The test can be used to accurately determine thyroid function in pregnant females.
