Answer to Question 1

C
Feedback:
Use of the MAR ensures timely and safe medication administration. Timeliness is not necessarily synonymous with efficiency, however. The MAR does not primarily exist to free up the medical health record or to provide a venue for pharmacists' documentation.

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
Generic drug names often refer to hydrochloride, sodium, phosphate, sulfate, or other chemical terms; these are not included in trade names. Generic names are standardized across jurisdictions and markets, but this does not necessarily mean that these names are more reliable. Trade names are capitalized but generic names are not.

Daylight saving time is used in some islands, but not in others—further shifting the hours out of sync with natural time.
