Answer to Question 1

C
Feedback:
A drape provides more modesty than warmth. A drape is not used in order to keep the client's skin dry and it would be incorrect to palpate or percuss through the drape.

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
The nurse should inform the client that enteric-coated drugs should not be chewed, crushed, or cut, because if the integrity of the coating is impaired, it dissolves prematurely in the gastric secretions and can irritate the lining of the stomach or be absorbed too quickly. Solid oral drugs that are not enteric-coated may have a groove so that they can be cut into pieces. Capsules, not enteric-coated tablets, should not be opened. Enteric-coated drugs are not available in liquid form.

Chronic necrotizing aspergillosis has a slowly progressive process that, unlike invasive aspergillosis, does not spread to other organ systems or the blood vessels. It most often affects middle-aged and elderly individuals, spreading to surrounding tissue in the lungs.
