Answer to Question 1

C
Veracity is the principle of truthfulness in dealing with others. For example, if a client asks a nurse about data such as vital signs, it is the nurse's responsibility to provide these data to the client. In some instances, if a health care provider believes that providing truthful information may be harmful to a client, the principle of nonmaleficence would justify withholding the information.

Answer to Question 2

A
The body's main method of excretion for most electrolytes is through the kidneys.

Your skin wrinkles if you stay in the bathtub a long time because the outermost layer of skin (which consists of dead keratin) swells when it absorbs water. It is tightly attached to the skin below it, so it compensates for the increased area by wrinkling. This happens to the hands and feet because they have the thickest layer of dead keratin cells.
