Answer to Question 1

C
Implementation, the fourth step in the nursing process, involves performing the actions that have been planned to meet the client's goals and delegating tasks to personnel who are competent to perform the tasks.

Answer to Question 2

C
There is a direct relationship between calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Normal range of serum magnesium is 1.5 to 2.5 mEq/L. A level of 0.9 mEq/L is a decrease; therefore, all levels would be decreased.
