Answer to Question 1

D
The interdisciplinary health care team usually includes physical and occupational therapists, a speech/language pathologist, recreational therapists, rehabilitation nurses, a physician, social workers, dietitians, and mental health professionals. The members of the team are selected based on the needs of the client. After each discipline assesses the client, a care planning conference is held with the client and the family. This process prevents duplication of services and fragmented care.

Answer to Question 2

C
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory of behavioral motivation that is based on five related levels: physiologic needs, safety and security needs, love and belonging needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs.
