Answer to Question 1

B, C, D
Laboratory testing is an important adjunct to the use of HRAs in health assessment events. Objective data lend support to findings from the tool.
Physical measurements are an important part of screening events using HRAs. Blood pressure, height and weight, and body mass index are all physical measurements that can lend support to findings from the HRA.
Education tailored to the risks that are uncovered with the HRA, laboratory testing, and physical measurements allows the practitioner to design wellness interventions for each participant.
Exercise compliance is better with home-based programs than with other types of routines. Gym memberships are not typically part of an HRA event.
Support group interaction is typically not associated with HRAs.

Answer to Question 2

A, D, E
According to the health promotion model, the best predictors of engaging in health-promoting behaviors are perceived self-efficacy, perceived barriers, and prior behavior.
Perceived benefits and perceived wellness are not predictors of health promoting behavior according to this model.
