Answer to Question 1

Rationale: Even students who have never experienced test anxiety can feel some anxiety when taking the NCLEX-PN. It is important to take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth, and to fill your head with positive images of passing the exam and getting your license. Picture yourself taking the exam and being in control, knowing the answers to all of the questions, because positive imagery can help you not only reduce anxiety but also improve your performance.

Answer to Question 2
