Rationale: Symptoms of glomerulonephritis generally include proteinuria, hematuria, azotemia, generalized edema, facial puffiness, periorbital edema, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, hypertension, and headache. Diagnosis generally follows history of URI. A change in level of consciousness is not generally reported. Urine output decreases to less than 400 mL.
