Answer to Question 1

B

Feedback
A Taste perception is heightened if foods are eaten separately.
B Good oral hygiene keeps the taste buds well hydrated and will enhance the patients' sense of taste.
C Taste perception is heightened if foods are differently textured.
D Taste perception is heightened if foods are well seasoned but not necessarily extremely spicy.

Answer to Question 2

A
Developmental and physical capabilities reflect one's ability to learn. Sociocultural background and motivation are factors in readiness to learn. Psychosocial adaptation to illness and active participation are factors in readiness to learn. Readiness to learn is related to the stage of grieving. Overall physical health does reflect ability to learn; however, because it is paired here with stage of grieving (which is a readiness to learn factor), this is a wrong answer.

Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
