Answer to Question 1

A, B, C, D
Organization of equipment and personnel makes timely, efficient, skilled patient care possible. The nurse needs to assess the patient for readiness before implementing care. The nurse also needs to ensure that the environment is safe before implementing care. Creativity is needed to provide safe and effective patient care; however, creativity is a critical thinking attitude, not a resource.

Answer to Question 2

B
Diffusion is the process of gases exchanging across the alveoli and capillaries of body tissues. Disassociation is not related to oxygenation. Perfusion is the ability of the cardiovascular system to carry oxygenated blood to tissues and return deoxygenated blood to the heart. Ventilation is the process of moving gases into and out of the lungs.

Chronic necrotizing aspergillosis has a slowly progressive process that, unlike invasive aspergillosis, does not spread to other organ systems or the blood vessels. The disease often does not respond to conventionally successful treatments, and requires individualized therapies in order to keep it from becoming life-threatening.
