Answer to Question 1

Ans: B
Feedback:
Many older people have more difficulty overcoming inertia and using gravity efficiently. One contributing factor is the shift in the center of gravity. To compensate for this shift, the knees flex slightly for support.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: A
Feedback:
The bone tumor may cause pain, but the demineralization of the bone may cause hip fracture. Bleeding, loss of sensation and decreased circulation are not expected complications.
