Answer to Question 1

ANS: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6
Normal visual changes associated with aging include reduced visual fields, increased glare sensi-tivity, impaired night vision, reduced depth perception, and color discrimination. Floaters are not age related.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
To identify sensory deficits and their severity, assess vision, hearing, olfaction, taste, and the ability to discriminate light touch, temperature, pain, and position. Although gait may be affected by a sensory deficit, it is not considered a sensory deficit by itself.
