Anticholinergics are useful early in younger patients with PD, more to control tremor by relaxing smooth muscle than for treatment of the other manifestations of the disease. Anticholinergics are also a reasonable treatment option for middle-aged adults who have tremor but little rigidity or bradykinesia.

ANS: C
Those patients who have had an anaphylactic reaction to penicillin should avoid cephalosporin.
