Triptans are contraindicated for use in patients with hypersensitivity to the drug, ischemic heart disease, or signs and symptoms of ischemic heart disease, Prinzmetal's angina, or uncontrolled hypertension.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: D
Feverfew has anticoagulant properties, so prothrombin time and international normalized ratio (INR) levels should be checked periodically.
