ANS: D
Irritability is a known adverse effect of this drug, and others include tachycardia, nocturnal sleep disturbances, tremor, restlessness, amphetamine psychosis, seizures, arrhythmias, anorexia, drug tolerance, and dependency.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: C
The goal of continuous minimal dosing is the avoidance of relapse by providing a continuous coverage at a much lower dosage than during the acute episodes.
