People at high risk, such as health care workers, older adults, and those who are immunocompromised, are encouraged to obtain yearly injections to help protect them against current strains of influenza.

The costs for some products are high because of the claims made about their effectiveness, but not all such claims for vitamins and minerals have been proven.
