What is the major clinical difference between teicoplanin and vancomycin?
 
  1. Teicoplanin penetrates the CSF.
  2. Teicoplanin can be given IM as well as IV.
  3. Teicoplanin can treat gram-negative organisms.
  4. Teicoplanin requires longer infusion times when used IV.
