Answer to Question 1

ANS: D
Urine tinged red-orange is a normal finding associated with rifampin's adverse effects. Peripheral neuropathy, myopathy, and crystalluria are not manifestations of adverse effects of rifampin.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A, B, C
Acute cystitis, urethritis, and recurrent UTIs can be treated on an outpatient basis. Severe pyelonephritis and acute bacterial prostatitis require hospitalization and IV antibiotics.
