Answer to Question 1

B
A person with a seizure disorder is more likely to have a seizure during times of increased emo-tional or physical stress (such as training for a marathon). While watching the diet and pacing the exercise program are important, they are not related to the patient's seizure disorder. Most anti-seizure drugs do not require the patient to avoid exercise.

Answer to Question 2

D
This WBC count is lower than normal. Terbinafine and flucytosine (Ancobon) can further reduce this patient's WBC count and greatly increase his or her risk for infection.
