You should also do the following: (1) master the most familiar units system, (2) learn equivalents in two systems, and (3) know where information is found rapidly.

Diabetic patients should avoid drinking alcohol, because it can intensify hypoglycemia produced by insulin, causing blood glucose levels to fall too fast.
