The medication should be taken with food to reduce gastrointestinal upset.
Antacids, milk, and dairy products do not affect the absorption of griseofulvin.

Toxic amounts of magnesium sulfate can cause paralytic ileus and hypothermia. Initial maternal reactions include transient hypotension, flushing, headache, dizziness, lethargy, dry mouth, and a feeling of warmth.
Hyperthermia, hypertension, and confusion are not adverse effects of magnesium sulfate
