Answer to Question 1

Yes. Levene test was not significant, so we may assume homogeneity of
Variance. The t ratio was -2.612 and with 22 df was significant at p<.016

Answer to Question 2

M for non-recidivists = 41.083 months and for the recidivists M =57.083
months
