Answer to Question 1

C
Feedback:
When administering the azoles in the home setting, it is important that the home care nurse instruct the patient and family on the management of the environment with the implementation of good hand hygiene, household cleanliness, removal of potted plants and fresh flowers, and the use of air conditioning and air filtration systems. The nurse should also tell the patient and family about measures to prevent the reinfection and spread of the fungal infection. Falls, confusion, and injury are less likely consequences of using the azoles in the home setting.

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
A persistent cough can develop with the use of ACE inhibitors. Sedation, tachycardia, and rash are not noted with ACE Inhibitors.
