Answer to Question 1

B, C, D, E
Feedback:
Measles, varicella, polio, and HBV are all within the schedule of infant vaccinations. There is currently no vaccine against HIV.

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
If the patient's BUN exceeds 40 mg/dL or serum creatinine exceeds 3 mg/dL, the drug should be stopped or dosage should be reduced until renal function recovers. The hematocrit is in normal range and will not affect the medication administration. The AST and sodium levels are within normal range and will not affect the administration.
