Answer to Question 1

B
Feedback:
The process of acute inflammation occurs in three stages. The first stage is the vascular stage; notable changes occur in the small blood vessels at the site of the cellular and tissue injury. At the time of the injury, vasoconstriction results, followed by vasodilation of the capillaries and venules to increase capillary blood flow, increasing temperature and redness at the site. Opsonization, neutrophil migration, and antibody production take place in later stages of inflammation.

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
GI bleeding is a significant adverse effect of naproxen. This drug does not typically cause leukocytosis, dry skin, or fluid imbalances.
