A. Apply cap first. Loose hair hanging over sterile field or falling dander may result in contamination of objects on sterile field.
B. Apply cap first. Loose hair hanging over sterile field or falling dander may result in contamination of objects on sterile field. Apply eyewear after cap and mask.
C. Tie two top strings at top of back of head, over cap (if worn), with strings above ears, then tie two lower ties snugly around neck with mask well under chin.
