Bradycardia is not a sign of opiate withdrawal; increased heart rate is a sign of opiate withdrawal. Lethargy is not a sign of opiate withdrawal; restlessness is a sign of opiate withdrawal. Hypothermia is not a sign of opiate withdrawal; fever is a sign of opiate withdrawal.

Salicylates enhance the anticoagulant effect of warfarin. Acetaminophen, propoxyphene, and morphine are not contraindicated with warfarin use.
