What is the lowest percentage of full capacity that a digital scroll can be safely operated for extended periods?
 
  A) The digital scroll compressor can only operate at full capacity.
  B) The compressor can be operated at 0 by simply leaving the unloading solenoid energized.
  C) The digital scroll compressor cannot be operated below 50 capacity.
  D) The minimum capacity is 10 to ensure that the compressor gets proper lubrication.
