Answer to Question 1

Generate random numbers between 1 and 5 . The 1, 2 and 3 will represent Dutch, the 4 and 5 will represent French. Each repetition will consist of 3 values. Any time we see all 1, 2, and 3's or only 4 and 5's, all people speak the same language.
