VERY LARGE SAMPLE SIZES ARE VERY SENSITIVE TO DETECTING RESULTS, EVEN THOSE THAT ARE NOT PRACTICALLY SIGNIFICANT, BUT THE PUBLIC OFTEN THINKS THAT BIGGER IS BETTER.

YES; A STUDY WITH A LARGER SAMPLE SIZE IS MORE LIKELY TO DEEM THE RELATIVE RISK TO BE SIGNIFICANT THAN A SMALLER STUDY WOULD.
