1) THE MAGNITUDE OF THE EFFECT (WHAT ITS ACTUAL VALUE IS ESTIMATED TO BE); AND 2) HOW MUCH UNCERTAINTY THERE WAS IN THE RESULTS, MEASURED BY THE WIDTH OR BY THE MARGIN OF ERROR.
