A distribution is said to be skewed to the right if the population mean is larger than the sample mean.
  Indicate whether the statement is true or false

Question 2

If the sample mean is used to estimate  and a maximum error of estimate is specified, then n may be determined for a known standard deviation and a given level of confidence. If the maximum error of estimate is doubled, what is the affect on the required sample size?
