THE 2 BRINGS DOWN THE MEAN (AVERAGE); IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE MEDIAN.

Answer to Question 2

THE MEAN (AVERAGE) IS 7.5; THE MODE IS 9; THE MEDIAN IS 8.5.
