ONE WHICH GIVES REPEATABLE RESULTS BUT IS NOT AN APPROPRIATE MEASURE. EXAMPLE: USING A VERY PRECISE BATHROOM SCALE TO MEASURE PERCENTAGE OF BODY FAT.
