IF THE SURVEY IS CONFIDENTIAL, THE RESEARCHER CAN ATTACH YOUR NAME TO YOUR RESULTS, BUT PROMISES NOT TO. IF THE SURVEY IS ANONYMOUS, THE RESEARCHER CANNOT ATTACH YOUR NAME TO YOUR RESULTS.

IF ONE QUESTION REQUIRES RESPONDENTS TO THINK ABOUT SOMETHING THAT THEY MAY NOT HAVE OTHERWISE CONSIDERED, THEN THE ORDER IN WHICH QUESTIONS ARE PRESENTED CAN CHANGE THE RESULTS.
