IF THE SURVEY IS CONFIDENTIAL, THE RESEARCHER CAN ATTACH YOUR NAME TO YOUR RESULTS, BUT PROMISES NOT TO. IF THE SURVEY IS ANONYMOUS, THE RESEARCHER CANNOT ATTACH YOUR NAME TO YOUR RESULTS.
