ANS: The rebab is a spike fiddle with no fingerboard that is played with vertically
with the spike on the bottom. The player bows the string horizontally, and stops the string
with the fingers to change pitch



Answer to Question 2

ANS: Zagharit is ululation, or a rapidly trilled crying style of singing. Women of
North Africa typically practice zagharit during folk celebrations.
