Answer to Question 1

ANS: Accelerando refers to the gradual speeding up of tempo, while ritardando
refers to a gradual slowing down.



Answer to Question 2

ANS: Clock time has to do with the mechanical measurement of time, i.e., via an
instrument such as a timer, whereas psychological time concerns how one perceives the
passage of time.
