 Community and intertribal celebration
 Singing, dancing
 Camping, feasting, visiting, courtship, making relatives, honoring elders and veterans
 Strengthening and renewal of tribal and intertribal social bonds

Answer to Question 2

 Large, intertribal, social, and generally secular weekend events by both urban and reservation Native American communities across North America.
 Powwows involve music and dance.
