Note that on the customer's invoice as part of your service call record keeping.

Answer to Question 2

The air is cooled to the dewpoint in order to dehumidify it, and then reheated to offset the undesired effect of overcooling. The air leaves with a lower relative humidity. Essentially both the air conditioning and heat are operating at the same time.
