If you locate an additional problem or pending problem with a customer's system and they choose not to have you provide that repair, what should you do?

Note that on the customer's invoice as part of your service call record keeping.

Answer to Question 2

The air is cooled to the dewpoint in order to dehumidify it, and then reheated to offset the undesired effect of overcooling. The air leaves with a lower relative humidity. Essentially both the air conditioning and heat are operating at the same time.
