Answer to Question 1

Hangers should be at least 2 inches wide and spaced no further than every 5 feet.

Answer to Question 2

The terms concrete fastener and concrete anchor are often used interchangeably, however; fasteners are non-structural while anchors can be used for both non-structural and structural attachments.
