Explain the heat balance in a compression cycle refrigeration system.

Answer to Question 1

The heat picked up in the evaporator + the heat of compression =the heat rejected in the condenser

Answer to Question 2

The refrigerant is saturated in all the evaporator except for the very end. It is also saturated in most of the condenser except for the very beginning and very end.
