In many boilers the return water is mixed with the supply water to maintain a temperature of at least140F returning to the boiler to reduce the chance of reaching the dew point in the boiler flue gases.

False. Electrical shock can be just as likely to happen when working on a low voltage system if you come in contact with a conductor.
