The equipment design must ensure that the quality of the product being cooled remains satisfactory, a minimum amount of energy must be used to perform the operation, and the process must be operated to comply with the laws relating to protecting the environment.

Answer to Question 2

These records should show conditions for time of day, season, on/off shift production, evaporator temperature, and equipment type/function.
