Answer to Question 1

Before any of the system components can be selected, the required BTU capacity of the system must be determined by performing a heat load calculation.

Answer to Question 2

Low temperature condensing units will require approximately 200 CFM per 1000 BTU. Medium temperature units will require approximately 165 CFM per 1000 BTU.
